CONDITIONS 
      
* Rates are subject to 10% service charge and the prevailing government taxes at 12% VAT and 0.5% local tax as mandated by the government 
* Above rates are for single or double occupancy and are inclusive of buffet breakfast and roundtrip land and sea transfers for 2 persons (Via Caticlan)
* Extra Person Rates: Per Night Rate includes Room, Daily Breakfast, Roundtrip Transfers (via Caticlan) and all taxes.
* An additional Php 4,400.00 shall be applied for triple occupancy extra person cost for Deluxe and Premier Rooms which are subject to 10% Shangri-La resort service charge and the prevailing government taxes at 12% VAT and 0.5% local tax  plus PHP1500 nett cost for round trip transfers via Caticlan. (Maximum in Deluxe and Premier room is 3 Guest)
* Additional Php6, 600 shall be applied for triple occupancy extra person cost for All Villas which are subject to 10% Shangri-La resort service charge and the prevailing government taxes at 12% VAT and 0.5% local tax  plus PHP1500 nett cost for round trip transfers via Caticlan.(Maximum in Pool Villa is 3 Guest and 2 bedroom Villas - 4 Guest)
* Additional Php8, 800 shall be applied for triple occupancy extra person cost for Presidential Villa which are subject to 10% Shangri-La resort service charge and the prevailing government taxes at 12% VAT and 0.5% local tax  plus PHP1500 nett cost for round trip transfers via Caticlan.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE

All reservations must be guaranteed by a one-night deposit or a major credit card. For credit card

guarantees, please indicate the name of the cardholder as it appears in the card, the card number

and expiry date on your authorization letter.

Non-guaranteed reservations will be released 72 hours before arrival. Guaranteed reservations

cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival (local hotel time) will be subject to a full charge of a

maximum of three nights in the event of a non-arrival on the day.

 

NO SHOW

Should your guest with a guaranteed reservation fail to arrive on the scheduled date of arrival, a

full charge of a maximum of three nights will be levied as a no-show charge. Space for

subsequent nights will be released for resale.

 

PAYMENT

All charges should be settled by the guest upon departure, unless otherwise arranged with the

Hotel’s Credit department.
